step one: To wear the open-ended bangle bracelet, it should be inserted from the side of the wrist.
step two: If the bracelet is too loose after wearing, adjust it by pinching the sides with your thumb and index finger (note: do not use too much force as silver material is unique and can easily break or deform, and may not return to its original shape).
STEP THREE: Hold the bracelet opening with both hands.
STEP FOUR: Use your abdomen for support and evenly apply force to pull the opening apart. Do not use excessive force.

Beautiful, I bought in sterling silver and brass. I mostly just wear the sterling silver as I don't want to take it off and being wet frequently works for sterling silver but not brass.
